Handmade Product Notice

Every Sajniya product is handcrafted individually.

Minor variations in thread wrapping, stone placement, embellishments, finishing, or color shades are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.

Product Color Disclaimer

Actual product colors may vary slightly due to photography lighting, mobile screens, monitor settings, and display devices.

Slight shade differences between production batches may occur.

Unboxing Video Required

A continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any damage, missing item, incorrect product, or package-related claim.

The video must clearly show the sealed package before opening, shipping label, complete unboxing process, and product received inside the package.

Claims without a complete unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or support.

Damage Or Wrong Product Claims

Any damage, missing item, or incorrect product issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Clear unboxing video evidence is required. Additional photos may be requested for verification.

Customized Product Policy

All Sajniya products are made-to-order and handcrafted.

Customized products cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has started.

Size Selection Responsibility

Customers are requested to verify their required size before placing an order.

Sajniya will not be responsible for incorrect size selection made by the customer.

Delivery & Shipping

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refused delivery.

Replacement Policy

Replacement is available only if the wrong product is received or the product is received in damaged condition.

Replacement support is subject to verification and mandatory unboxing video proof.

No Refund Policy

As products are handcrafted and made-to-order, there are no refunds for customized orders.

No returns are accepted for change of mind, color preference, or size selected by the customer.

Brand & Design Rights

All product images, designs, branding, and website content are the property of Sajniya and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
